MMG ENGINEERING FZC is the seller of products and services offered through the Store unless a product page, quotation or order document expressly identifies another contracting party.

2. Terms governing use and purchases

Access to and use of the Store are governed by our Terms of Service. Purchases are also subject to our:

• Returns and Refunds Policy;

• Shipping Policy;

• Privacy Policy;

• Cookie Policy; and

• any quotation, drawing, specification, order confirmation, statement of work or other written terms issued for a particular order.

This Legal Notice is intended to provide corporate, ownership and website information. It does not replace the documents listed above. If this Legal Notice conflicts with an applicable contract or mandatory law, the contract or mandatory law will apply to the extent of that conflict.

Nothing in this Legal Notice excludes, restricts or replaces a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or replaced, including mandatory rights under applicable consumer-protection law.

3. Shopify and other service providers

The Store is hosted on Shopify, which supplies the e-commerce platform used to display and sell our products and services. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Shopify and our payment, technology, manufacturing and delivery providers are not the seller of MMG Engineering products and do not enter into the sale contract between you and MMG ENGINEERING FZC.

References to a third-party service do not imply that the third party sponsors, endorses or guarantees MMG Engineering or its products. A third-party service may be governed by its own terms and privacy notice.

4. Independent aftermarket products and trade marks

MMG Engineering specialises in independent aftermarket, reproduction, made-to-order and custom-manufactured components, including components for classic and specialist vehicles that may no longer be available from the original manufacturer.

Unless a product page or order document expressly states otherwise:

• products offered by MMG Engineering are not original-equipment manufacturer (“OEM”) products;

• references to vehicle manufacturers, marques, models, product names, trade marks or OEM part numbers are used only to identify intended compatibility, application or the item being reproduced;

• an OEM part number does not mean that a product was manufactured, approved or certified by the OEM; and

• MMG Engineering is not affiliated with, authorised by, sponsored by or endorsed by any vehicle manufacturer or third-party trade-mark owner.

All third-party trade marks, names, logos and part numbers remain the property of their respective owners. Their use on the Store is nominative and informational and is not intended to suggest a commercial association.

5. Website and product information

We take reasonable care to keep information on the Store accurate and current. Product descriptions, specifications, prices, availability, production estimates and other content may nevertheless be corrected or updated. Any change affecting an accepted order will be handled in accordance with the Terms of Service, the applicable order documents and mandatory law.

Photographs, renders, videos, colour samples and screen images are illustrative. Appearance may vary because of display settings, lighting, material batch, production method or hand finishing. Product-specific disclosures concerning raw finishes, preparation, tolerances, fitment and approval requirements form part of the relevant product description.

General website content is provided for information and purchasing purposes. It is not a substitute for vehicle inspection, professional installation advice, engineering certification or advice from a competent road, customs, insurance or regulatory authority. If you require a particular dimension, tolerance, material, finish, certification or performance characteristic, it must be expressly agreed in the applicable order documents before manufacture or purchase.

Nothing in this section permits an inaccurate or misleading product description or removes a remedy for a defective, damaged, misdescribed or non-conforming product.

6. Fitment, safety and legal compliance

Vehicle components should be inspected and installed by a suitably qualified professional using appropriate procedures and fasteners. A non-destructive fitment check should be completed before a product is painted, plated, bonded, cut, drilled, trimmed, upholstered or otherwise irreversibly altered.

Unless expressly stated in the applicable product page and order documents, reproduction, prototype, trim and custom products are not certified for structural, load-bearing, braking, steering, suspension, restraint or another safety-critical application. A product must not be used for a purpose for which it was not designed or supplied.

Rules concerning road use, modification, inspection, registration, homologation, customs and insurance differ between jurisdictions. The availability of a product on the Store does not by itself mean that the product may lawfully be imported, installed or used on public roads in every country. Please consult the relevant competent authority or qualified professional where necessary.

This section does not exclude liability for a defect in our product, death or personal injury, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

7. Copyright and MMG Engineering intellectual property

Unless otherwise identified, the Store and its original content—including its text, photographs, graphics, videos, branding, page design, product information and original design materials—are owned by or licensed to MMG ENGINEERING FZC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may view the Store and print or save a reasonable copy of a page for lawful personal or internal purchasing use. No other right or licence is granted. Except where applicable law expressly permits otherwise, you must not reproduce, republish, modify, distribute, sell, scrape, systematically extract or commercially exploit the Store or its content without our prior written permission.

The MMG Engineering name, logo and slogans must not be used in a way that suggests affiliation, authorisation or endorsement without our written permission. Purchase of a product does not transfer ownership of our designs, CAD data, drawings, tooling, production files, manufacturing documentation or know-how unless an order document expressly states otherwise.

8. Reporting intellectual-property concerns

If you believe content on the Store infringes an intellectual-property right, email mmg3dengineering@gmail.com with:

• your name, organisation and contact details;

• identification of the protected work, trade mark or other right;

• the exact Store page or material concerned;

• an explanation of the alleged infringement and your relationship to the rights owner; and

• any supporting registration, authorisation or other evidence reasonably available to you.

We may request additional information and may temporarily remove or restrict disputed content while reviewing a substantiated report. Submitting a report does not create an admission of infringement or liability by any party.

9. External links and social-media pages

The Store may link to websites, maps, payment services, social-media platforms or other resources operated by third parties. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their availability, content, security or privacy practices. A link is provided for convenience and does not by itself amount to endorsement.

Official MMG Engineering social-media pages may link to the Store, but posts, advertisements or accounts operated by customers, collaborators, resellers or other third parties do not represent MMG Engineering unless we expressly state otherwise.

10. Website availability and prohibited conduct

We use reasonable measures to operate and protect the Store, but uninterrupted or error-free availability cannot be guaranteed. Access may be suspended for maintenance, security, updates, provider disruption or events outside our reasonable control.

You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Store, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious code, misuse customer or business information, impersonate MMG Engineering, or use the Store for an unlawful or fraudulent purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for loss caused solely by a third-party network failure, device incompatibility, malicious activity outside our reasonable control or your failure to use reasonable security precautions. The allocation and limits of liability applicable to Store use and purchases are set out in the Terms of Service. Mandatory consumer rights and non-excludable liabilities remain unaffected.

11. Privacy and cookies

Our collection and use of personal data are explained in our Privacy Policy. The use of cookies and similar technologies is explained in our Cookie Policy and, where applicable, managed through the consent choices made available on the Store.

Do not send confidential, export-controlled or unusually sensitive information through a general website form or social-media message. Contact us first if an order requires special information-handling arrangements.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

This Legal Notice and non-contractual matters arising from use of the Store are governed by the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates and the laws applicable in the Emirate of Sharjah.

Subject to any mandatory consumer forum, jurisdiction or dispute-resolution right, the courts of Sharjah, United Arab Emirates have jurisdiction. Contractual disputes are governed by the dispute provisions in the Terms of Service and any applicable order documents.
