Send the part details
Start with the custom request form — vehicle, chassis, what the part is, and photos or measurements. Sending the original or the broken fragments always produces the closest result.

We review and quote
MMG reviews every request by hand and comes back with feasibility, material recommendation and a price. Quote-only: there is no fixed per-part rate because each geometry differs.

Reverse-engineer and print
The part is measured, rebuilt in CAD and produced on industrial additive machines in Dubai. Typical turnaround is 7–14 days depending on complexity and material.

Hand-over
Arrange hand-over of the sample and the finished part directly with the workshop when you request the part. MMG also ships across the UAE and the wider GCC, as well as worldwide.

- Where is MMG Engineering based?
- MMG Engineering operates from a workshop in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. You can find the workshop listing on Google Maps, and requests are handled by the team directly.
- Do you serve customers outside Dubai?
- Yes. MMG works with customers across the UAE — Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman and the northern emirates — and ships across the GCC and worldwide.
- Do I need to send the original part?
- It is not required, but it gives the best result. A known-good original or the broken fragments let us match mounting points and clip spacing exactly. Otherwise clear photos with accurate measurements are the minimum.
- How long does a part take?
- Most reproduced parts are ready within 7–14 days of the design being agreed. Complex geometry, multi-part assemblies or unusual materials can take longer, and we say so in the quote.
- Which materials do you print in?
- Nylon PA12 and carbon-filled nylon for structural and clip-retention parts, resin where surface detail matters, and engineering-grade PETG or ABS where heat and UV exposure allow. Material is chosen per part, not per order.
- Do you only print automotive parts?
- Automotive reproduction is MMG’s specialism and where the engineering experience sits. Other precision one-off work is considered case by case — send the details and we will tell you honestly whether it suits us.
- How much does it cost?
- Every part is quoted individually, because cost depends on geometry, material and how much reverse engineering is needed. There is no charge for reviewing a request.
