Terms of Service
Effective date: 08-08-2026
Last updated: 08-08-2026
1. About these Terms
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website, online store, content, tools, products and services operated by MMG ENGINEERING FZC, a company registered in Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates (“MMG Engineering”, “we”, “us” or “our”). Our website and online store are together referred to as the “Store”.
The Store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that enables us to offer products and services to you.
These Terms apply to website visitors and to customers purchasing standard, made-to-order, customised or specially manufactured products, as well as engineering, design, scanning, prototyping and related services (together, the “Products and Services”). They should be read with our:
-
Shipping Policy; and
-
any product page, quotation, drawing, specification, order confirmation, statement of work or other written terms that we provide for a particular order (the “Order Documents”).
If an Order Document expressly conflicts with these Terms, the Order Document will govern that order to the extent of the conflict. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including any mandatory rights available under applicable consumer-protection law.
By accessing the Store, creating an account, submitting an order, accepting a quotation or otherwise using our Products and Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Store or place an order.
2. Eligibility, accounts and electronic communications
You must have legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. If you place an order for a company or another person, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that company or person.
You must provide complete, current and accurate account, billing, payment, vehicle and delivery information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for activity carried out through your account, except to the extent caused by our breach of applicable law.
You agree that we may communicate with you electronically about quotations, approvals, orders, invoices, delivery, support and these Terms. Electronic confirmations and approvals have the same effect as written approvals to the extent permitted by law.
3. Nature of our products
MMG Engineering specialises in low-volume, made-to-order and reproduction components, including parts for classic and specialist vehicles that may no longer be available from the original manufacturer. Unless a product page or Order Document expressly says otherwise:
-
our products are independent aftermarket or reproduction products and are not original-equipment manufacturer (“OEM”) products;
-
references to a vehicle manufacturer, model, trade mark or part number are used only to identify intended compatibility or application;
-
we are not affiliated with, authorised by, sponsored by or endorsed by any vehicle manufacturer or trade-mark owner; and
-
an OEM part number does not represent that our product was made, approved or certified by that OEM.
Product photographs, renders, colour samples and screen images are illustrative. Colour, gloss, texture and appearance may vary because of lighting, display settings, material batch, production process and hand finishing. Any material difference from the agreed description remains subject to your mandatory legal rights.
Some products are supplied in a raw, unfinished or preparation-ready condition and may require sanding, priming, painting, trimming, drilling, bonding, plating, upholstery work or other professional finishing. Where this applies, it will be stated in the product page or Order Documents. You must perform a non-destructive fitment check before painting, plating, bonding, trimming or otherwise irreversibly altering a product.
4. Made-to-order and custom manufacturing
Many of our products are produced only after an order is accepted. Estimated manufacturing lead times are not delivery guarantees and ordinarily begin only after we have received all required payment, information, measurements, samples and approvals.
For customised or specially manufactured work:
-
the agreed drawings, specifications, tolerances, materials, finishes, quantities and approvals in the Order Documents define the deliverable;
-
you must review all drawings, renders, prototypes, samples and specifications carefully before approval;
-
your written or electronic approval authorises us to proceed on that basis;
-
changes requested after approval may require a revised price, lead time and approval; and
-
we may pause work until a technical, commercial or safety issue is resolved.
Unless an Order Document specifies a different standard, dimensions and performance are subject to commercially reasonable tolerances appropriate to the selected material and manufacturing process. Additive-manufactured, cast and hand-finished parts may show minor layer lines, witness marks, colour variation, surface variation, shrinkage or other normal process characteristics. Such characteristics are not defects when they fall within the agreed description, approved sample and applicable tolerances.
Where a part is reproduced from an old, worn, repaired, modified, distorted or incomplete sample, the sample’s condition may affect the resulting geometry. We will use reasonable care, but we are not responsible for reproducing an unknown original specification unless that specification is supplied and expressly included in the Order Documents.
Unless expressly included in an Order Document, charges for development or manufacture do not transfer ownership of our background know-how, production methods, tooling, moulds, jigs, fixtures, intermediate CAD data, working files or manufacturing documentation.
5. Customer-provided materials, samples and instructions
If you supply a physical sample, drawing, scan, CAD file, photograph, logo, trade mark, specification or other material (“Customer Material”), you confirm that:
-
the Customer Material and your requested use of it are lawful;
-
you own it or have all permissions required for us to use, copy, scan, adapt and manufacture from it for your order;
-
it is accurate and suitable for the intended purpose; and
-
it does not infringe another person’s intellectual property, confidentiality, privacy or other rights.
You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, adapt and process Customer Material, and to permit our production partners to do the same, only as reasonably necessary to quote for, develop, manufacture, document and support your order, or as otherwise agreed in writing. We remain responsible for selecting and instructing production partners as required by our agreement with you and applicable law.
We will take reasonable care of physical samples in our possession. You must tell us before shipment if a sample is unique, fragile, hazardous, unusually valuable or must not be disassembled. Inspection, cleaning, measurement, scanning, moulding and ordinary handling of aged components may expose or worsen pre-existing weakness. Any special handling, insurance, return or replacement arrangement must be agreed in writing before we receive the sample.
Unless otherwise agreed, you are responsible for the cost and risk of sending Customer Material to us and for arranging and paying for its return. If we ask you to collect or provide return instructions and you do not do so within 90 days, we may charge reasonable storage costs and, after giving you written notice and a reasonable final collection period, dispose of the material as permitted by law.
Do not send confidential or export-controlled material unless we have first agreed in writing how it will be handled. Any signed non-disclosure agreement will prevail over this section to the extent of a conflict.
6. Product selection, compatibility and design approval
You are responsible for checking the applicable product description and supplying accurate vehicle or application information, including model, year, chassis or VIN details, left- or right-hand-drive configuration, regional specification and any modifications where relevant.
Compatibility descriptions are based on the information and samples reasonably available to us. Vehicles of the same model and year may differ by market, production date, prior repair or modification. If you are uncertain, contact us before ordering.
Where we provide a pre-production drawing, render, photograph, sample or prototype for approval, your approval confirms the visible design and stated dimensions, materials and finish. Approval does not waive a defect that could not reasonably have been identified during that review, and does not reduce any mandatory consumer right.
7. Orders and acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to buy. An automated order acknowledgement does not necessarily mean that we have accepted the order. We may accept an order by sending an express acceptance or production confirmation, commencing approved custom work, or dispatching the product.
We may reject or cancel an order before acceptance for a legitimate reason, including a pricing or description error, suspected fraud, payment failure, inability to obtain material, export or sanctions restrictions, licensing or regulatory concerns, or inability to manufacture safely or to the required specification. If we cancel after receiving payment, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled portion, except for any amount lawfully due for authorised work already performed or non-recoverable commitments expressly agreed for a custom order.
We may limit quantities, refuse unauthorised resale, or require separate commercial terms for distributor, reseller, prototype-development or production orders. Purchasing a product does not appoint you as our agent, distributor or authorised representative.
8. Prices, taxes and payment
Prices and promotions may change without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price shown at checkout or in the accepted quotation, subject to correction of an obvious error before acceptance.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, prices do not include delivery, insurance, customs duties, import taxes, clearance charges, bank charges or other government fees. UAE VAT will be charged where legally applicable. All charges payable to us will be disclosed before order completion or stated in the applicable Order Document.
You must use an authorised payment method and pay in the currency and by the deadlines shown at checkout or in the Order Documents. For custom work, we may require a deposit, staged payments or full advance payment. We are not required to begin or continue work while a payment is overdue.
Title to a product passes only when we have received full payment for it. Risk passes as stated in Section 10.
We will provide an electronic invoice containing the information required by applicable law. You are responsible for retaining your invoice, order confirmation and product information.
9. Cancellations and order changes
Cancellation and change requests are governed by our Refund and Returns Policy and any applicable Order Documents.
Standard products may be cancelled only before dispatch where our Refund and Returns Policy permits. Because made-to-order, personalised and specially manufactured products are produced for a particular customer, a change-of-mind cancellation or return may not be available after material has been committed or production has begun.
If we agree to a change or cancellation after custom work has begun, you may be responsible, to the extent permitted by law and previously disclosed, for work completed, materials ordered, non-cancellable third-party costs and reasonable administrative or restocking costs. We will explain any deduction before processing the cancellation.
This section does not limit any right to cancel, return, replace or obtain a refund for defective, damaged, incomplete, misdescribed, non-conforming or materially delayed Products and Services where such a right applies by law.
10. Shipping, customs, delivery and risk
Manufacturing and transit dates are estimates unless we expressly guarantee a date in writing. We are not responsible for delay caused by a carrier, customs authority, inaccurate customer information, failure to pay duties, force majeure or another event outside our reasonable control. If a delay gives you a mandatory cancellation or return right, that right is unaffected.
You must provide a complete, secure and serviceable delivery address. Delivery is completed when the product is delivered to you or a person you authorised at that address. To the extent permitted by law, risk of loss or damage passes on completed delivery. For a business order governed by an expressly agreed Incoterm, risk and responsibility pass according to that Incoterm.
For delivery outside the UAE, unless checkout or an Order Document expressly states that duties and taxes are included:
-
you are the importer of record and are responsible for import permissions, customs clearance, duties, taxes and local fees;
-
you must check before ordering that the product may lawfully be imported, installed and used in the destination country; and
-
a refusal to pay import charges or accept delivery is not automatically a product cancellation, and we may deduct our reasonable, unrecoverable shipping, return, storage and customs costs from any refund where permitted by law.
Inspect the package promptly. If it is visibly damaged, record the condition with the carrier and contact us promptly with the order number, photographs and packaging details so that we can investigate. Failure to report promptly may affect a carrier claim, but does not remove a right that cannot lawfully be waived.
11. Returns, defects and remedies
Returns and exchanges must follow our Refund and Returns Policy, which explains the request process, applicable timeframes, condition requirements and return instructions.
If a Product or Service is defective, damaged, incomplete, materially different from its description or agreed specification, or otherwise gives rise to a remedy under applicable law, contact us promptly at mmg3dengineering@gmail.com. Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, the available remedy may include inspection, repair, re-performance, replacement, price reduction or refund.
Do not install, paint, plate, bond, cut, drill, trim or otherwise alter a product that you believe is incorrect or defective, except for a reasonable non-destructive inspection or fitment check. An alteration will not automatically eliminate a valid claim, but we may decline responsibility to the extent the alteration caused the issue or prevents us from reasonably verifying it.
No change-of-mind exclusion, inspection requirement or claims procedure in these Terms limits a mandatory legal remedy.
12. Warranty
Any voluntary or commercial warranty we offer will be stated on the product page, invoice, quotation or separate warranty document. If no voluntary warranty is stated, this does not exclude any warranty, conformity obligation or remedy imposed by applicable law.
To the extent permitted by law, a warranty does not cover an issue caused by:
-
normal wear, ageing or cosmetic deterioration;
-
incorrect vehicle or application information supplied by you;
-
improper installation, finishing, maintenance, storage or use;
-
accident, impact, motorsport use, excessive load, heat, chemicals, UV exposure or environmental conditions outside the stated product specification;
-
alteration or repair by someone other than us, except where the alteration or repair did not cause or contribute to the issue; or
-
use contrary to written instructions or for a safety-critical, structural or regulated purpose for which the product was not expressly supplied.
13. Installation, safety and legal compliance
Automotive components must be inspected and installed by a suitably qualified professional using appropriate procedures and fasteners. You must stop using a product and contact us if it appears damaged, loose, distorted or unsuitable.
Unless the product page or Order Documents expressly state otherwise, our reproduction and custom products are not certified as structural, load-bearing, braking, steering, restraint, suspension or other safety-critical components. A decorative, trim, prototype or non-structural product must not be used as a safety-critical component.
You are responsible for checking whether installation or use requires inspection, approval, registration, homologation or disclosure to a road, customs, insurance or other authority in your jurisdiction. We do not promise that a product is road-legal in every country merely because it is offered for sale.
Nothing in this section excludes liability for a defect in our product or for death or personal injury where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
14. Intellectual property and permitted use
The Store and its content—including text, photographs, graphics, videos, branding, page design and product information—are owned by or licensed to MMG Engineering and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. MMG Engineering also owns its original designs, CAD data, drawings, manufacturing documentation and know-how to the extent created by us and not owned by another person.
You may use the Store for lawful personal or internal business purchasing purposes. Without our prior written consent, you must not reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, scrape, systematically extract, reverse engineer or commercially exploit the Store, its content or our proprietary design and production files, except where applicable law expressly permits the activity and does not allow it to be restricted by contract.
The MMG Engineering name, logos and slogans may not be used without our written permission. All third-party names, vehicle marques, product names, logos and part numbers remain the property of their respective owners and are used only for identification where applicable.
No purchase transfers intellectual-property rights except where an Order Document expressly states otherwise.
15. Reviews, feedback and user content
If you submit a review, photograph, comment, suggestion or other content (“User Content”), you confirm that it is accurate, lawful, based on a genuine experience where represented as such, and does not infringe another person’s rights.
You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable licence to host, reproduce, format, publish and display User Content for operating, improving and promoting our business and Products and Services. This licence does not transfer ownership of your User Content. Where legally required, we will obtain any additional permission needed to use personal data or a person’s image for marketing.
We may moderate or remove User Content that is unlawful, misleading, abusive, infringing, irrelevant, contains personal data that should not be public, or otherwise violates these Terms. We are not required to publish every submission.
16. Third-party services and links
The Store may provide access to payment processors, delivery providers, social-media services, applications, websites or tools operated by third parties. Those services may be governed by their own terms and privacy notices. We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for them except to the extent responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded or the third party acts on our behalf in a manner for which we are legally responsible.
17. Relationship with Shopify
For purposes of this section, “Services” means the Store and the Products and Services made available through it.
MMG Engineering is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our Store are made directly with MMG Engineering. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and MMG Engineering, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with MMG Engineering.
This section applies only to the fullest extent permitted by law and does not exclude liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
18. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal data are governed by our Privacy Policy. Certain personal data may also be processed by Shopify in accordance with Shopify’s privacy policy.
Because Shopify and some service providers operate internationally, personal data may be processed in countries other than your country of residence. Our Privacy Policy explains the purposes, legal basis, recipients, safeguards and rights applicable to that processing.
Where required, you may separately choose whether to receive marketing communications. You can withdraw a marketing preference using the unsubscribe method in the message or by contacting us. Transactional communications about an order are not marketing messages.
19. Prohibited uses
You must not use the Store:
-
for an unlawful, fraudulent, malicious or misleading purpose;
-
to infringe intellectual-property, privacy, confidentiality or other rights;
-
to upload malware or interfere with the Store’s security, availability or operation;
-
to collect personal data without lawful authority;
-
to impersonate another person or misrepresent your authority;
-
to send spam or unauthorised advertising;
-
to bypass access controls, rate limits, robot exclusions or security measures; or
-
to scrape, crawl or use automated systems in a manner that unreasonably burdens the Store or copies protected content without permission.
We may suspend or restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the Store, users or our legal rights.
20. Accuracy and availability of the Store
We try to keep Store information accurate and current, but typographical, pricing, stock, compatibility or technical errors may occur. Before order acceptance, we may correct an error or ask you to confirm revised information. After acceptance, we will not make a material adverse change without your agreement unless required by law; if agreement cannot be reached, either party may cancel the affected portion and we will provide any refund required by law.
We may modify, suspend or discontinue non-purchased Store features. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access, but this does not affect an accepted order or any right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
21. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Store is provided on an “as available” basis. General website content is for information only and is not a substitute for vehicle-specific engineering, installation, safety, regulatory or professional advice.
Except for an express warranty in an Order Document and warranties or rights imposed by law, we do not make additional representations or warranties about the Store or Products and Services. Any exclusion of implied terms applies only to the extent such terms may lawfully be excluded.
22. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, breach of mandatory consumer rights, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Subject to the preceding paragraph and to the fullest extent permitted by law:
-
we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, business, opportunity, goodwill or data, arising from the Store or Products and Services;
-
we are not liable to the extent a loss is caused by inaccurate Customer Material or vehicle information, unauthorised or improper installation, use outside an agreed specification, normal wear, customer modification, or failure to follow instructions; and
-
for a customer acting in the course of business, our total aggregate liability arising from an order will not exceed the amount paid or payable to us for the Product or Service giving rise to the claim.
The business-customer liability cap does not apply to a consumer to the extent it would remove or reduce a mandatory remedy. You remain responsible for losses that you could reasonably have avoided by following our written instructions or promptly notifying us of an issue.
23. Indemnity for business customers and Customer Material
If you purchase in the course of a business, you will indemnify MMG Engineering against a third-party claim, loss and reasonable legal cost arising directly from:
-
Customer Material or instructions that infringe the third party’s rights;
-
your unlawful resale, marketing, modification or use of a product; or
-
your material breach of these Terms,
except to the extent the claim was caused by our breach, negligence or misconduct. We will give you prompt notice of a claim and reasonable opportunity to participate in its defence. This section applies to consumers only to the extent permitted by mandatory law.
24. Events outside reasonable control
Neither party is responsible for delay or failure caused by an event outside its reasonable control, including natural disaster, fire, flood, epidemic, war, civil disturbance, government action, sanctions, transport interruption, customs delay, labour disruption, power or communications failure, cyberattack, or material shortage. Payment obligations already due are not excused.
The affected party will take reasonable steps to reduce the impact. If the event materially prevents performance for an extended period, we will contact you about a revised schedule, substitute solution or cancellation and refund where required by law.
25. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Store at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms, use the Store unlawfully, threaten its security, or fail to pay an amount due after notice. Suspension or termination does not affect accrued rights, an accepted order that remains capable of performance, or any statutory remedy.
Sections concerning payment, intellectual property, Customer Material, liability, indemnity, governing law and any provision intended by its nature to survive will continue after termination.
26. General terms
If a provision of these Terms is unlawful or unenforceable, it will be limited or severed only to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver. You may not assign an accepted custom order without our written consent. We may assign these Terms as part of a genuine transfer or reorganisation of our business, provided this does not reduce your mandatory rights.
These Terms, the policies linked above and the applicable Order Documents form the entire agreement for the relevant order and replace earlier discussions about the same subject, except for fraud or a separately signed agreement. Each party remains responsible for statements that applicable law does not permit it to exclude.
No person other than you and MMG Engineering has a right to enforce these Terms, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
27. Governing law and disputes
These Terms and any non-contractual obligations arising from them are governed by the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates and the laws applicable in the Emirate of Sharjah.
Please contact us first so that we can try to resolve a complaint. Nothing in these Terms prevents a consumer from submitting a complaint to the UAE Ministry of Economy and Tourism or another competent consumer-protection authority.
Subject to any mandatory consumer jurisdiction or dispute-resolution right, the courts of Sharjah, United Arab Emirates, will have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or an order.
28. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new “Last updated” date. A material change will apply prospectively from the stated effective date and will not retrospectively alter an accepted order unless required by law or agreed with you. We will provide any additional notice required by applicable law.
29. Contact and legal information
Questions, complaints and legal notices relating to these Terms may be sent to:

Complaint submissions may be sent by email at any time. We aim to acknowledge complaints within 10 business days and will provide a method for tracking an unresolved complaint where required by law.
