Bentley Continental GT rain sensor/rearview mirror trim cover

On the first-generation Continental GT this cover conceals the rain-sensor housing and mirror base against the windscreen. Its soft-touch finish degrades with heat and cleaning products, and the thin clips break during screen replacement.

The reproduction restores the original profile and clip layout, so it seats against the glass and headlining exactly as the factory part did — no adhesive, no visible gap around the sensor.

Why the original is unavailable

The original is a low-volume trim part, frequently destroyed during windscreen work and no longer practically obtainable — which is why so many otherwise excellent cars have a bare sensor housing on show.

Material and finish

Heat-stable polymer with reinforced clip tabs and a finish selected to sit alongside the surrounding headlining rather than shine against it.
